More Fun&Fit gaming! Hammer Throw is first of our sports that requires really high upper body force, resulting at its best in 60-80 kilograms force when spinning your hand. Just like in previous sports, the players age affects Hammer Throw in such a way that playing with young kids or elderly people is not an easy win.
