Ball-it of Finland today launches its newest game for the wireless game console Blobo: Blobo Bowling. The premiere takes place at ‘The Gadget Show Live’ in the UK via Ball-it’s distribution and import partner Nolimitzzz Interactive Technologies Ltd.

Blobo Bowling sets the scene in a bowling alley, where the player performs real bowling actions using the Blobo. Unlike playing bowling games with other motion controllers, you experience a real bowling ball feel as you use Blobo (a small silicon motion controlled ball) in your hand. Cutting edge physical simulation ensures you re-experience that real bowling alley sizzle. The force of the throw, the accuracy in direction and the spin of the Blobo, all determine the success of the throw – just like in real life. The only difference is that the player retains Blobo in his hand, not unleashing it at the end of the move!

Blobo Bowling is not only a leap forward in bowling simulation but also a true multiplayer game, where up to 3 players can play in separate bowling lanes, side by side. Like other Blobo Games such as multiplayer running, Blobo Bowling is fun for the whole family. Younger kids are supported through age ‘bonuses’ where sensitivity and accuracy are compensated to take into account age; this is a real Bowling competition for kids and their parents with equal challenges for all.

Blobo Bowling features two Bowling Game modes: If played as part of a tournament, along with other Blobo games, Blobo Bowling will take you through 3 rounds of bowling, if played on its own; a full 10 rounds are played, just like a true bowling alley.
